Crawley Blinds and Awnings Internal Plantation Shutters give an uncluttered but sophisticated look and come in either Timber or High Grade Composite options. Our High Grade Composite option is made with aluminium strengthening bars running through the middle of each and every blade and down both side stiles making them the stronger and more durable that is required for North Queensland. The Timber option comes with either painted or stained finishes with a lacquered coating. Suitable for doors and windows every one of our Plantation Shutters are made with quality in mind right down to the smaller details, they provide excellent electrical, thermal and acoustic insulation. Plantation Shutters will re-define window coverings and their ability to combine design, aesthetics and energy efficiency.

A variety of installation options are available including Fixed In Place, Hinged, Bifolding and Sliding. Bifolding options should always be installed using top and bottom tracks, if tracks are not used the panels will drop due to their weight which will not allow the panels to open and close properly which will also cause excessive stress on the hinges and their mounting points creating problems and damage as time goes on.
